Cornell Tech Visiting Artist Seeking Furnished NYC Sublet | Oct 15–Dec 11

Hi! I’m Patricia, a documentary filmmaker and artist based between Madrid and New York. I’ll be in NYC this fall as part of the Backslash artist cohort at Cornell Tech, where I’m developing a research-based project exploring rivers, technology, and environmental sensing. I’m looking for a furnished room, studio, or small apartment from October 15 to December 11, 2026. My budget is approximately $1,600–$2,000/month. I’ll be working at Cornell Tech on Roosevelt Island, but I’m happy to commute and would particularly love to find something in Manhattan or Brooklyn — especially Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Carroll Gardens. I’ll be coming on my own and am looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live and work. I’m clean, considerate and responsible, have lived in New York previously, and can provide references if helpful. I’d be very happy to hear from anyone who has a furnished place or room available for those dates. Thank you!
