This Privacy Policy explains how GuestResearcher(“we,” “us,” or “our”) approaches information during our pre-launch period. GuestResearcher is currently a preview website. Many of the features described elsewhere on the site are not yet operational.
1. Pre-launch status
The site does not currently offer accounts, listings, payments, or messaging. Any forms shown — including the early-access interest form — are previews of the planned experience and are not connected to a backend or database. Submitting them does not transmit or store your information.
2. Information we collect
Because the site is in preview, we do not collect, store, or process personal information through it. If, in the future, we enable features that collect information (for example, account creation or verification), we will update this policy and present clear notice before any collection occurs.
3. Standard technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical information — such as IP address and basic request logs — for security and reliability. This is handled by our infrastructure providers and is not used by us to identify individuals during the preview period.
4. Cookies
The preview site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or functional cookies in the future, we will provide appropriate notice and controls.
5. Children’s privacy
GuestResearcher is intended for adult researchers and professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
6. Changes to this policy
As we build toward launch, this policy will evolve to reflect the features we actually offer. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
