About the current tenant: She's a nursing assistant who works night shifts while attending school and is looking for housemates who are working professionals, tidy, responsible, and respectful in shared spaces. All applicants must apply through the property management company and complete a background and credit check ($50 fee per applicant) and be willing to sign a 1-year lease minimum.
