The Kips Bay hospital corridor has no subway at all: NYU Langone is at 550 First Avenue and the nearest stations are 33rd and 28th Streets on the Lexington line, three long avenue blocks west. The M15 local bus on First and Second Avenues runs around the clock and is often the honest answer; NYC Ferry stops at East 34th Street beside the campus.
